fromKay is for personal experiences shared with care. Understand who can open your links, how to manage what you create, and how to report a concern.

THE STANDARD

Clear about today. Careful about what comes next.

  1. HOW SHARING WORKS

    Personal, and intentionally shared.

    Pages and Flowers are unlisted: they are not included in a public gallery or sitemap, and recipient pages ask search engines not to index them.

    Anyone who has a recipient link can open it or forward it. A link is not a password, and unlisted does not mean confidential. Share with care.

  2. CREATOR CONTROL

    Keep your gesture in your hands.

    You can edit a Page, unpublish it or delete its personal content through its creator account or private management link. Flowers can be unpublished or deleted.

    Keep management links safe and separate from recipient links. Anyone with a management link can control that item. Removing an item prevents new opens on fromKay; it cannot remove screenshots or copies someone already saved.

  3. REPORTING

    Tell us when something is wrong.

    Use the report control at the end of a Page or Flower to explain a concern. Reports are stored for administrator review, and reported items can be disabled.

    If a link does not open or you need help with your data, contact hello@fromkay.com. Please provide enough context to find the item without sharing unnecessary personal information.

  4. DATA & SECURITY

    Your words deserve care.

    Recipient links do not expose names or notes in their social preview. Flower analytics use aggregate events without names, notes or recipient tokens. Apology Pages do not track recipient opens.

    Production uses HTTPS and protected session cookies. Uploaded photos are resized and their metadata is removed. Read the Privacy Policy for the reviewed terms governing information, retention and requests.

Personal pages deserve thoughtful sharing.

A thoughtful gesture leaves room for the person receiving it. Respect their privacy, their boundaries and their choice about whether to respond.
